Survival Bracelets
Survival Bracelets or Ranger Bracelets as some know them actually begin with the Rangers in Vietnam. The Rangers would braid them and use a knot or button from their uniform to secure them. Some say this was for survival purposes and other that it was a way to identify other Rangers.
Survival Bracelets contain approximately 1.20' of cord for every inch of your wrist measurement. They average about 10' of cord per bracelet. The two-tone bracelets are two 5' pieces spliced together. We use a 5/8" contoured side release fastex buckle to fasten the bracelet. We have found that the countoured fastex buckle is the most secure and comfortable method to fasten the bracelet.
Most people prefer these a little loose when wearing them so keep that in mind when measuring your wrist. Also keep in mind that paracord will shrink some if it gets soaking wet. Common sizes are 6.5" to 10".
We custom make these bracelets for each order. When ordering these please measure you wrist and include the measurement and color you would like. If you want a two-tone bracelet specify which the colors you want and which color you want the center to be.
We also make Thin Blue Line and Thin Red Line bracelets for police and firefighters. These are black bracelets with a blue or red spine. These can be done in other colors also.

Hardcore Survival Bracelet
These bracelets are about 1" wide and 3/8" thick and use a 3/4" countoured fastex buckle. They contain a single piece of paracord over 20' in length. They are offered in a solid color of you choice or two tone. Note that the two tone has to be spliced, so you have two cords over 10' each. These are for the person who may need that amount of cord in a survival situation. Wearing one these bracelets and with one of our Firesteel Lanyards attached to your knife, keyring or pack gives you 30' of cord and the ability to start a fire which could be invaluable in a survival setting. These are high quality Brunton liquid filled band compasses in a rubber mount. You can add them to a watchband or add one when you order a survival bracelet and we will make it into the bracelet.
